Orientation & Immersion

  • Technology platform setup - CRM access, quoting systems, email, agent portal
  • Compliance and licensing verification - all state and carrier requirements current

Weeks Two – Three
Product Mastery & Skill Development

  • Introduction to the DADA Approach™ - our proprietary client consultation methodology

  • Role-playing exercises and real-world scenario workshops

Guided Launch
  • First client appointments conducted under the guidance of your mentor
  • Personal branding and marketing toolkit deployment
  • Social media presence establishment and professional positioning strategy
  • Weekly one-on-one check-ins and coaching calls with leadership
Weeks Seven – Twelve
Accelerated Growth
  • Transition to independent client management with ongoing support
  • Advanced product cross-selling strategies and portfolio optimization
  • Referral system activation and network development
  • Monthly performance reviews and goal-setting sessions
  • Recognition and rewards milestone check-in at the ninety-day mark

3E · Compliance & Licensing

The threshold of practice.

The following items must be completed and verified before you may begin serving clients under the DADA Global Financial Group name.

State Life & Health Insurance License - verified and current
Active in state(s) of practice
Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance - obtained and documented
Minimum per DGFG policy
Background Check - completed and cleared
Coordinated through HR
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Training - completed
Annual renewal required
Carrier Appointments - submitted and approved
Per product line requirements
Continuing Education Plan - established
Aligned with state CE rules
At the conclusion of your first ninety days, you will have completed a comprehensive assessment with leadership - celebrating your progress, recalibrating your goals, and charting the next phase of your growth within DADA Global.
